1.The moulded pulp tableware are produced with wood pulp,bagasse,bamboo pulp,reed pulp or straw pulp. After pulping, screening and refining process, the pulp will be adjusted to a certain consistency, and then it will be formed on the mold of the forming machine by vacuum suction. The final moulded pulp tableware can be produced then after drying, pressing,trimming,die-cutting and sterilizing.

Composition of the system
The production line is comprised by 5 system as following:
Pulping system: pulp board and clean waste paper will be made into pulp with certain concentration through pulping screening, grinding and addition of chemical agents, including: pulper, grinder, pulp tank, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, consistency controller and control cabinet.
Forming and Hot-Pressing System(with the function of forming, drying, hot pressing and stacking): the pulp is vacuumized to evenly attach to special forming mold as wet blank which is transferred to hot pressing mold, with finished products made through drying and hot pressing processes; finally the finished products will be transferred and stacked together.
Vacuum system: supply vacuum for product forming.
Air compressor system: Supply compressed air for forming machine.
High pressure water system: Supply high pressure water for washing molds of forming machine. Post treatment: some products shall be subject to post treatment, e.g.: edge-cutting, punching, coating, labeling and printing. BST can provide the corresponding machines.
